Training on Resource Mobilization

Jan Vikas Samiti successfully organized a three-day training program on Resource Mobilization from September 28 to 30, 2024, at its premises in Murdaha, Varanasi. The training brought together 30 participants from our collaborative partner organizations operating in Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Rajasthan, Uttarakhand, Jharkhand, and Haryana.
The primary goal of the training was to enhance participants’ skills in securing financial resources for their organizations and projects. The program covered essential topics such as basics of fundraising, proposal writing, formulating fundraising strategies, and using online tools and platforms for fundraising campaigns.
The sessions were interactive, with practical exercises designed to give the participants hands-on experience in creating fundraising proposals and campaigns. In addition, expert facilitators provided insights into the latest trends in resource mobilization, particularly focusing on online fundraising and social media platforms.
Overall, the training received positive feedback from the participants, who appreciated the practical tools and strategies provided. The participants expressed confidence that the knowledge gained would help them improve their fundraising efforts and strengthen their organizational capacities.
