Celebrating the soul of womanhood and pushing equivalent privileges for women, JVS observed ‘Worldwide Women’s Day’ on March 29TH with the topic of ‘Gender Equality today for a sustainable tomorrow’. The day was set apart with a 2-kilometer-long ladies’ ‘Legging Rights Rally’ voicing their privileges, and raising the issues of abusive behavior at home and substance maltreatment alongside social exhibitions. An aggregate of 1500 women turned up at this occasion, and made this day a critical one through their solidarity as social projects and sharing their encounters regarding their job and significance in the general public. The chief guest of this program was Mrs Mamta Rani (Additional Superintendent of Police). Mrs Sunita Devi, Mrs Pooja Devi and Mrs Nisha from Kerakat, Harahua and Pindra sacked the ‘JVS Best Entrepreneur Award’ though, Mrs Priyanka Patel, Mrs Sharita Maurya and Mrs Pooja Devi shared their issue related insight.
