On 18 February 2026, a one-day Entrepreneurship Development Workshop was organized at Pidrai Gram Panchayat, Pindra Block. The session was led by Mr. Ganesh Kumar Gupta, who shared valuable insights on adopting entrepreneurship in agriculture to enhance farmers’ income.

He discussed improved cultivation techniques for potato, garlic, and various vegetables, along with value-addition practices such as preparing amla murabba. He also explained the proper use of modern agricultural medicines, chemical fertilizers, and pesticides for better productivity.

A total of 53 women farmers actively participated in the workshop and expressed their commitment to adopting entrepreneurial practices to improve their livelihoods. The program proved to be informative and motivating for all attendees.
