Jan Vikas Samiti, Murdaha, inaugurated the ALIMCO Authorized Sales and Service Center (ASRA) on its premises, marking an important step toward strengthening rehabilitation services for persons with disabilities.
The center will provide sales, repair, and maintenance services for assistive devices such as wheelchairs, tricycles, walkers, calipers, and motorized tricycles, supported by trained technical staff.
The facility was inaugurated by Shri Uttam Ojha, Uttar Pradesh State Advisory Member (Divyangjan), who appreciated the initiative and highlighted its positive impact on the lives of persons with disabilities.
Father Chandran Riymonds, Director of Jan Vikas Samiti, stated that the ASRA Center reflects the organization’s commitment to rehabilitation, empowerment, and dignity, and will also offer counseling and follow-up support. Jan Vikas Samiti aims to expand services in the future to provide comprehensive support under one roof.
