JVS organized an exposure visit for 20 women farmers at Namami Gange FPO, Bankat, Varanasi. The visit aimed to enhance participants’ technical knowledge and entrepreneurial confidence in poultry and fish farming as viable livelihood options.
Through interactive sessions and on-field demonstrations the women gained practical understanding of modern aquaculture techniques, poultry management, and climate-smart practices that promote sustainable production. The exposure broadened their perspective on income diversification and inspired them to adopt improved farming methods for better productivity and economic resilience in their communities.
