On 01 November 2025, Jan Vikas Samiti, with the support of GAATW under the WW4C – Women Workers for Change project, inaugurated a Tailoring Training Centre at Hiramanpur, Sandaha. The initiative aims to strengthen the skills and economic opportunities of local women workers.
During the event, Fr. Chetan, Executive Director of JVS, encouraged participants to make the most of this opportunity to build confidence, dignity, and financial independence through skill development and entrepreneurship.
The centre will train 30 women in two batches over three months, equipping them with practical tailoring skills and opening pathways to self-reliance and sustainable livelihoods.
