					<description><![CDATA[Reducing Maternal Mortality rates through the improved reproductive health systems in rural areas and empowering rural women and girls to increase access to and control over maternal health services are the twin objectives of the project on Safe Motherhood. During this quarter, we sensitized 534 young women and lactating mothers through workshops on newborn child care and emergency healthcare through 102 Ambulances service. Besides, through 18 health camps, 1,435 people had their general health check-up and were subsequently provided with appropriate medicines.]]></description>
